Someone tried to access my account with MGA, how do I proceed?

  • If you have already set up Multi-Gesture Authentication (MGA) with ObligeAI, you don’t need to take any further action to confirm your identity. Authentication attempts will be processed securely and automatically. Your account access will typically be granted within moments after successful gesture verification.

 

  • If you have not yet set up your MGA profile, follow these steps: 
    1. Click on the notification link sent during the access attempt.
    2. Choose your institution from the list provided on our platform.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up MGA and secure your account.

 

  • If your device or institution is not listed, ensure that your device is compatible by checking the supported devices on our website. You may need to update your app or device settings to enable MGA features.

 

  • Note: Ensure that the contact details you provided (email or mobile number) for MGA setup are correct and registered with ObligeAI. If your details are not yet registered or need updating, please adjust them in your security settings to align with your current information.
